Postage & Handling Costs
Standard Shipping: 5-7 Business days, FREE for all orders over $35, $9.95 for all orders under $35.

Express Shipping: 1-3, $15.00, sent via Aus Post

*Domestic shipping is sent via Sendle standard delivery service. The estimated delivery time is calculated once your parcel has left our warehouse.  Please note these are only estimated times. Delays may occur during public holidays, peak holiday seasons and due to COVID-19.

Flat rate $15.00 AUD, International shipping is sent via Sendle delivery service, your tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. You should expect your order within 5–15 days.

*Please note: All countries are variable to change and these are estimated times only.  Delays may occur due to customs, public holidays and peak holiday seasons or COVID-19. If you place your order on a Friday, your parcel will be shipped the following week.
*All applicable taxes, custom fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer & will differ between countries. For more information on import tax thresholds, we suggest you contact your local postal provider as these are the recipients' responsibility.

Please note bulk rates for wholesale orders are calculated at checkout based on quantity of items ordered.

Additional Shipping Information
Despatch Time

We try to get all orders despatched from our warehouse next business day, however please allow 2-4 business days for our team to despatch your order. This is also applicable for express post. In peak times, longer delays may occur.

Confirmation Emails & Texts 
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email to notify you once your order has been shipped. You may also receive text updates if you have signed up for them. 

All confirmation emails are sent automatically throughout the order process, if you do not receive yours please check your junk mail. If you still have not received it, there is a possibility that you may have incorrectly entered your email in checkout. In this case, please contact our customer service to have it amended.

Your Shipping Address
Please ensure your address is written correctly, even the smallest error can result in your order getting lost in the post. If you make an error, please contact us immediately as orders can not be re-directed once they have been dispatched.

We cannot take responsibility for orders that go missing when addresses have been entered incorrectly. If you are lucky and your order gets returned to sender you will be liable for the re-shipping cost.

Back Orders/ Pre Orders
Please take notice when placing your order. If it is stated as a 'back order', this means that the item is currently not in stock and you are placing a 'Pre order'. Shipping time for Pre orders may take slightly longer than usual, however, this means you are first in line and will receive your order as soon as possible!
